Water birth is a natural birth method quite common in the United States and Europe.
Inside a specially designed pool, with water at a temperature of 37oC, the expectant mother is given the opportunity to move freely during labor, without receiving medication.
The facilities have special soft lighting, music and aromatic essential oils and all this - in combination with the presence of specialized midwives, the gynecologist and the partner of interest - create a comfortable, calm and intimate environment for the achievement of birth.
In order for a woman to give birth in water, the necessary conditions are her consent, her good relationship with water, the smooth course of her pregnancy and her detailed preparation with lessons on the use of the pool.

Water birth is undoubtedly a unique experience, positive and certainly unforgettable.
Pain and stress are present to a lesser degree, however, while at the same time the buoyancy of the water allows the expectant mother to move more easily.
Also, the soft female moles show greater elasticity, as a result of which we have an easier exit of the baby and reduced chances of injury.
